Tomorrow, 14th March, is Mothers Day. We have all decided to celebate this with an official outing for MMsMums and as a result Midlands Maidens will be taking a siesta from 8am on Sunday morning until 10am on Monday Morning. We apologise in advance to any clients that try to contact us during this short rest-day, but we will be back in full force on Monday as soon as someone gets up and makes the MMs coffee and breakfast.

We also apologise to those clients who have been trying in vain to contact us and only getting the voice-mail. As has been documented in The MotherShip, our workload has been phenomenal of late, and its not that we're all skiving off in the MMs bed, its just that we simply have no girls to send on bookings. We have had plenty of interviewees turning up to apply for positions, but no matter how many appointments need to be put on hold, we will not take

After an unprecidentedly busy start to the year, we'd like to say that we now have time to put our feet up and regularly update the blog, the newsletter, the MotherShip, the VideoDrome, and take the MMs dog for a walk, but its still not looking like thats going to happen. Some astonishing appointment schedules have thrown all of that out the window and we'll all try to grab a few hours sleep as and when we can.

We have managed to get a few of the above things back on track though - the NewsLetter will once again be going out weekly, the MotherShip has had a serious case of colouring-in applied, and the videos have been updated. We cant always keep a check on the videos though, so please drop us a line if the newer ones stop working through Mr MGM not wanting them shown for free, and we'll swap to another server ASAP.

Regular visitors to the MMs website will have noticed a few subtle changes in the layout as from today.

The main change is that we now have a new side-bar menu which was becoming essential due to the top-bar becoming a little cluttered due to the new website features being added. We will be making all the new stuff more pretty as and when we have time, but the basic navigation is now all set up. Any problems that you might find, please get in touch!

It will also be noticed that The MotherShip now has a permanent residence in the main menu. As you might have noticed in one of the MotherShip forum posts, we have had bookings coming out of the rafters in the last few days. To give everyone a chance to recover, we are therefore giving all staff the evening off, when they can either catch up on some well needed sleep (not likely) or celebrate the arrival of the New Year (more likely). Our last booking time will be 5pm and we will re-open as soon as someone wakes up in the morning. We apologise in advance if you can only get through to the voicemail, but if you leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we all sobered up!
